Christopher Epling is an award winning illustrator and cartoonist from Pike County, KY. Although he has had numerous comics and children's books under his belt since 2010, his first graphic novel (The Hillbilly Bigfoot Paranormal Survival Guide) came out in 2022. Epling is the staff editorial cartoonist for The Appalachian News Express, The Mingo County Messenger, The Floyd County Chronicle and Times, The Paintsville Herald, and The Hazard Herald. He also hosts the The Art Workshop with Christopher Epling on PIKEtv airing daily from 1pm to 2pm. |

Karleigh Branscome is an Appalachian graphic designer, illustrator, and animator based in Lexington, Kentucky. She graduated in the spring of 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Digital Media and Design, as well as a minor in Art History. Oftentimes, clients will seek out Karleigh under her online alias "BirdPresident", as this name has strong ties to herself and the artwork she envisions. Alongside her three focuses, Karleigh is also experienced in branding, design coordination, and storyboarding. |

Fox and Bramble Kentucky born and raised artist, Ashton Johnson, has been honing her skills in graphic design and illustration for the past several years. Currently working as a graphic designer and baker.
She has been published in several books including AvantAppal(achia), and Inscape Magazine, and has had art displayed in galleries and shops around the state. You can see her work in many local schools and businesses. Her brand Fox and Bramblesshowcases her illustration and design work by melding the natural with the unnatural and focusing on strange animal forms. |
Joey Webb
Joey Webb is an author/actor/filmmaker from Hazard, KY. He was an avid reader and moviegoer from a young age and showed promise as a writer early. His favorite genres are horror, sword and sorcery and science fiction. He has appeared in several indie films and shows in Kentucky including Santa Claus vs. The Zombies, Bunker of Blood, Astro Space Hero and Smile. He has two short story collections in the horror genre, Gory Stories and Pleasant Screams. He recently released the fourth and final book in his Blood Brothers Saga which chronicles the 200 year old feud between the werewolf lawman Chance Murdoch and his vampire outlaw brother Luke. Shawn Wallace
Shawn Wallace was born and raised in Dickenson County VA. He has been making art for over 30 years working as a painter, illustrator and graphic designer in various media. Shawn works from his studio in a Clintwood VA, he is also a preacher. He calls his style of painting Appalachian Gothic Surrealism, depicting stories, people, places and mythical creatures from the mountains. Shawn has illustrated several book and album covers for regional artists and writers. He most recently won’t Best Illustrator at the Appalachian Arts and Entertainment Awards. |

Mystic Forces Second Edition is an in-depth, high-fantasy roleplaying game that is the culmination of 24 years of work and revision.
